Losing weight seems to take forever for a lot of us. While having a pot belly may not be a dream, it’s equally hard to get enough motivation to go through the ordeal of losing it. The difficult part is when you come across paid commercials. The supplements in this era can not always be trusted. Usually because most of them pick flaws in other products and this makes it quite a difficult job to find the right one. But you don’t have to worry as you can always cut the fat by old school techniques. Well one of the most important phase of weight loss is Water.

Well firstly you should drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water. Our body is 70% water. Which only proves all those sayings about water being a good way to reduce weight? It not only keeps your skin well hydrated but also reduces the need to eat a lot. It is always a good practice to drink as much water as you can about half an hour before your meal and avoid intake of water during, and especially at the end of the meal.

Water also helps cleanse our body of the daily junk being produced inside. We are in an era where everything is fast grown and made available to the market. This has sadly pushed healthy food growing practices in the backseat and corporate farming with all its insecticides, pesticides, fertilizers etc. have taken over. The result: the food we eat is more harmful than it is healthy. These chemicals wreck our natural systems by blocking our internal organs and add layers of fat to cover these chemicals.

Losing weight becomes hard if you do not get rid of these harmful substances than enter our system through food. You’d need energy and you’d be compromising on food. This only increases the risk of falling ill and going down the unhealthy lane permanently. Lose weight by all means, but don’t lose your health. Happy healthy living everyone!

    Hi … I like this information, and really do believe that some of my weight gain consists of toxins from my food that have built up. Fat cells are some of the best carriers of toxins. Now, I have started walking, and hope that this is detoxifying.
