Reach one arm over your head and to the side. Hold for ten seconds and keep your body and hip straight. Lean against a wall and keep your body and legs straight. Now pull one of the knees up to chest and tight it. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat with the other leg. Now walking the right way is very important. Always walk so that the heel of your foot touches the ground first. Walk with your chin up and swing your arms. Divide the walking time interval into 3. The first 5 to 10 minutes for a slow walking. Next 5 to 10 minutes for a fast walk. Next 5 to 10 minutes for a cool down walk. As the days pass by, increase the timing of brisk walk gradually keeping the other 2 intervals for the same period of time.
Regular physical exercise is a key to any ideal weight loss program. Regular physical activities will help in burning the extra calories that get accumulated in the body. The extra calories consumed will be stored as fat in the body. There are so many benefits of physical activities. Some of them are
