A healthy diet comprises of fresh natural products and nutritious food whereas on the other hand a balanced diet comprises of all the necessary nutrients but in reasonable quantity in order to meet up your body requirements with all the necessary minerals and nutrition.

The healthy diet is always fine but it may create certain problems when you eat those kinds of foods which you like most in more than adequate quantity. Due to this a balanced diet turns unhealthy although balanced. So a balanced diet may turn out worse for you just because of your habit, which might be due to certain health problems. For example if you are hypertensive, diabetic, or a heart patient then a balanced diet might turn unhealthy for you due to various kinds of food that makes it balanced diet. Yes it is still a balanced but not balanced for you.

It also applies to you if you are overweight and do have a BMI of 40+. You are in the cruel weight loss group and you should eat only to stay alive, you also need to avoid oily and sugary treats as much as you can. Satirically, an un-balanced diet or limited diet is all what you need.

You will get lot of people who make errors like this who haven’t done enough research before they start their weigh loss program. When they run into problems later on, they give lame excuses like “dieting is very complicated. I was told to eat low fat diet. But I found that it will mean consuming an unbalanced and unhealthy diet. So I continued eating what I was previously eating”.

If you are in a similar phase then you don’t need to worry you can loss weight while you’re on a balanced and healthy diet. All you need to know is what and how to eat to achieve your goal.

If you research properly and get the correct guidance then you can avoid any confusion. Most balanced diet plans provides range and keeps you eager about your food like ever before. In first place you need to lessen the risky food stuffs that caused the problem. A healthy balanced diet will certainly help you and avoid unhealthy food from your meals in the name of having a balanced diet.
